butfl day
The sun is trying to break through the clouds here in Portland, and I hear it will stick around for the weekend. I meant to let everyone know in my post yesterday that there would be no Friday shop update today. In all likelihood, I won't be updating until after Studio Craft in November, but I might surprise you.
Have a beautiful day!

righto - good luck with the studio craft prep.

While her spelling needs work, her use of past tense is quite sophisticated for her developmental level!!

I hope there is some sun up here in Seattle this weekend too. I have found picture taking quite challenging with the gray weather. I hope everyone takes a lot of pictures of Studio Craft as well. I would so love to be there.

Don't you think that the phonetic spelling of new little writers is one of those incredible gifts of motherhood? I can't get enough of the little books and letters he keeps writing everyday. And the excitment of having this world open up to him is so amazing. Time to go and curl up with the newest issue of "DORK NINGJA".
