bonjour!
An elephant wearing a beret. I got that fab blue and yellow plaid wool from my friend mav; I love it. I don't know why I'm putting little hats on everything I make this week. I just feel a calling to accessorize, I guess. When it comes to my own personal style, I love accessories, but have strict self-imposed rules about them. I don't wear earrings and a necklace at the same time, for example, or matching hat and gloves. I also don't think I could pull off a beret nearly as well as this guy, so I don't think I'll try.

Un elephant tres chic (I'm not sure how to get the accents in there!). He's adorable - love the plaid and LOVE the beret!!

It's funny to hear other people have little rules for themselves too. I don't like wearing flip-flops with skirts, for example, and my friends think it's silly.

Love it.
I'm with ya on the accessories. I love jewelry on everyone but me. I have to keep it simple.

the only thing that separates from the animals is our ability to accessorize. haha -- even if you're accessorizing the animals, i suppose! so cute!!

I'm not normally a big fan of stuffed anything, but your work is converting me in a big way! This little elephant is the cutest thing I have ever seen!

I make a rule not to wear earrings and necklaces at the same time either!! I'm so glad to discover that I'm not alone in my strange resolution. Although recently, I've made exceptions to earring studs. Also I hate matching anything that are made to match each other...it's so much less fun.

Très rigolo (very funny) mais les français n'ont plus de berets (but the french don't wear berets anymore!!!) ;-)))
